As an opera novice, I was not expecting to enjoy myself...in fact I took several Motrin before leaving the house...but the evening was fantastic! The cast was extremely talented, and their acting was amazing. The narration of the opera was really fun, and I truly enjoyed the entire experience. I would recommend that anyone who is looking for a fun, light-hearted approach to opera would enjoy spending the evening with the Chesapeake Concert Opera's superb musicians.
